Refund policy
Our return and exchange policies are as follows:
I. MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
a. Currently, all of our merch is POD/made to order, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, except under certain conditions. We will issue refunds or exchanges for orders that are defective, (e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, holes in the garment, etc.). If you receive an item that is defective/incorrect, please contact us, and we'll assist you with the return/exchange process.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes ordering a wrong size, style, color, pattern, etc. We print the exact number of garments based on orders that come in, and we will not have extras.
Merch refund/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase. Due to our 3rd party's fulfillment process, unfortunately, we cannot edit or cancel merch orders once they've been placed. Please check the size charts posted on the product pages, and measure yourself to ensure the size you're ordering will fit.
b. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the invoice date.
c. We do not accept returns that are over 31 days old.
d. All other returns will be sent back to the customer.
e. All returns MUST be in saleable (like new) condition and include its original packaging.
f. Please DO NOT wash your clothing items before returning, as this will void your ability to receive a refund or exchange.
II. WOODWORKS RETURN POLICY
a. All of our woodworks are custom-built pieces, therefore we cannot offer refunds or exchanges, except under certain very specific conditions. We will issue refunds, exchanges, or offer to repair woodworks that are defective, (e.g. checks/cracks/dents in wood, damaged finish, broken/damaged pieces, missing parts, etc.). If you receive a woodwork that you believe is defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.
No refunds or exchanges will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes not liking the size of a custom woodwork once seeing it in person, or not liking the style, wood/stain color, wood grain pattern/direction, wood finish, etc.
Woodworks refund requests must be made within 7 days. Please immediately inspect any woodwork you purchase from us and contact us right away if you spot any defects. Please note that things like wood patches and "bowties" do not count as "defects", and will always be clearly displayed in a woodwork's pictures prior to purchase.
III. HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
Please have your order number, email address, and billing name ready. If you no longer have a copy of your order number, please let us know, and we can locate your order for you. To request a return, please fill out the contact us with your name, email address, order number, the reason for the return, and we will respond in 2-3 business days.
